Stacked Workflows is a Chrome extension that helps GoHighLevel users manage their own automation workflows. This policy explains what the extension accesses, why, and what we do and do not do with it. In short: the extension works through your own logged-in GoHighLevel session, and your data stays on your device. We do not run a server that receives your GoHighLevel data.

What the extension accesses

Your GoHighLevel session (authentication information). To read and change your own workflows, the extension uses the session token from your logged-in GoHighLevel tab, the same credential the GoHighLevel builder already uses. It is stored locally in your browser and sent only to GoHighLevel's own servers on your behalf.
Workflow content (website content). When you use a feature, the extension reads the content of the workflow you have open, its steps, messages and triggers, so it can back it up, summarise, audit or edit it.
The active tab's address. It reads the URL of your active GoHighLevel tab to detect which sub-account and workflow you have open. It does not read your browsing history.
Your settings. Your preferences and which accounts you have connected are stored locally so you do not have to reconnect each time.

We do not: sell or transfer your data to third parties; send your GoHighLevel data to Stacked Digital's servers; use your data for advertising, creditworthiness or lending; or use it for anything unrelated to managing your workflows.

Where your data goes

All processing happens locally in your browser. Backups and exports you create are downloaded to your own computer. Requests to read and change workflows go directly from your browser to GoHighLevel, using your existing session. Nothing is routed through us.

The optional AI add-on

If you choose to turn on the "Connect to Claude" add-on, the extension passes your session token to a small helper running on your own computer (on localhost) so a local AI assistant can help build and edit workflows. This is off by default, is entirely on your own machine, and no data is sent to us. You can turn it off at any time.

Data retention

Settings and captured session data live in your browser's local storage and are removed when you uninstall the extension or clear its data. We do not retain copies.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date.
